Shipping Policy

Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has shipped.


Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Estimated delivery times:
	•    Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days
	•    Expedited Shipping: 2–3 business days

Please note that delivery times may vary depending on your location and carrier delays.

Pickup Instructions

• Please bring your order confirmation email or a valid photo ID.

• If someone else is picking up your order, please contact us ahead of time with their full name.

Order Hold Time

We will hold your order for 7 days from the date it’s ready. If your order is not picked up within this time, it may be canceled and a restocking fee may apply.

No Shipping Fees

There is no shipping charge for pickup orders.

Changing from Pickup to Shipping

If you need to switch your order to shipping, please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order. Additional shipping charges will apply.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Please double-check your shipping address before placing an order. We are not responsible for packages delivered to the wrong address due to incorrect or incomplete shipping details provided at checkout.
